We are looking for a new colleague to join our team to execute growth company funding projects

Grannenfelt Finance supports growth companies in capital raising. Over the past ten years, we have helped technology-driven companies to secure close to one billion euros in funding - both debt and equity - from private and public investors globally. In addition to Finland, we have a growing footprint across the Nordics and the Baltics. We are now looking for a new professional to strengthen our team – you will have the team’s support but also responsibility for your own projects.

What does the job involve?

You will be responsible for managing the capital raising projects end-to-end, including:

• Facilitating workshops with clients
• Preparing investment materials
• Financial modelling
• Contacting investors and managing the fundraising process

The role is client-facing, offering the opportunity to take ownership of processes from start to finish.

We expect you to have:

At least 2 years of experience in, for example:

• • Fundraising rounds / Investments in growth companies
  • M&A, Corporate finance or investment banking
  • Management consulting
  • Business or financial roles in startup or growth company environments
    
    
• Proven ability to prepare compelling materials (e.g. business plans, pitch decks and company presentations) and a solid grasp of financial modelling fundamentals
• Language requirement: Fluent English; Finnish and another Nordic language is a strong advantage
• Understanding of the growth company landscape and motivation to work closely with clients
• Proactive working style and the ability to drive projects forward with the support of the team
