Norwegian proptech and construction-tech company Birdsview AS has secured an oversubscribed NOK 40,5 million (approx. €3,7 million) funding round led by Sarsia and Butterfly Ventures, with participation from Kiilto Ventures, Proptechfonden, Nordic Makers, and Momentum, alongside existing investors Eviny Ventures and Farvatn Venture. Several angel investors also joined the round.
The new capital allows Birdsview to scale commercially and industrially from its Nordic base into Europe and North America, meeting demand for a technology that addresses a genuinely global problem: aging concrete infrastructure.
Birdsview's technology combines sensors and AI to let engineers see inside concrete structures without drilling or demolition, helping asset owners and contractors extend the working life of buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure reducing cost, downtime, and the emissions associated with premature replacement.
Grannenfelt Finance supported Birdsview in this NOK 40.5 million fundraise, from identifying and engaging relevant investors globally to supporting the company's leadership team through round preparation and deal negotiations underlining our position as a trusted partner for Nordic climate- and construction-technology companies raising international, cross-border capital.
