Looking for a new colleague: Capital Raising Professional / Project Manager

Grannenfelt Finance is the leading early-stage fundraising advisor in the Nordics. Over the past decade we've helped 150+ companies raise over €1 billion in institutional capital across deep tech, climate tech, software, and life science sectors. We operate in Finland, Norway, Sweden and the Baltics.

 We're looking for a hands-on Capital Raising Professional to join our Helsinki team and take ownership of client fundraising projects from start to finish. 

What you'll do
You'll work directly on capital raising mandates alongside our experienced team. Responsibilities include facilitating workshops with clients, preparing investment materials (pitch decks, company presentations), financial modelling and analysis, running investor outreach processes, and coordinating project progress with clients. This is a client-facing role with real ownership and responsibility.

What we're looking for
At least 5 years of experience in one or more of the following: business development, management consulting, corporate finance, investment banking, M&A.

We're open on educational background: a technical degree (e.g. engineering) is highly valued, as is a finance, economics, or business background. Many of the companies we work with are deep tech or climate tech, so the ability to quickly understand technical products and translate them into a compelling investment story is a real asset.

We also value experience creating compelling materials (business plans, pitch decks, presentations), a basic grasp of financial modelling, fluent English (another language is a strong plus), genuine interest in the growth and startup ecosystem, and a proactive, get-things-done attitude.
