About Us
Grannenfelt Finance supports early-stage growth companies in raising capital. Over the past ten years, we’ve helped tech-driven businesses secure nearly one billion euros in funding – through both debt and equity – from private and public investors worldwide.
From our base in Helsinki, we work with clients across Finland, the Nordics, and the Baltics. In Norway, we have a validated demand. Now, we’re looking for a driven sales professional to help us scale that demand and build a long-term presence in the Norwegian market.
The Role
We’re looking for a Sales Manager (title flexible based on experience) to build our presence in the Norwegian market.
You will take the lead in creating new client relationships with startup and growth companies seeking funding. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on outreach, networking, and results.
Your responsibilities include:
- Proactively identifying and contacting Norwegian startups and growth companies
- Building and managing a sales pipeline from scratch
- Reaching out through calls, LinkedIn, email, and events
- Booking and conducting introductory meetings
- Collaborating with our Finnish team to qualify opportunities and support client onboarding
What We’re Looking For
We’re not focused on titles or long CVs - we’re looking for the right attitude and motivation. You might be a great fit if you:
- Speak native-level Norwegian and fluent English
- Enjoy sales, networking, and client interaction
- Have a proactive and independent working style
- Are comfortable with starting conversations from zero
- Are motivated by targets, results, and commission-based success
- Have an interest in technology, innovation, and growth companies
- Enjoy working independently without a local team
Experience in sales, business development, or working with startups is a plus, but not a must.
