The Family-owned investment company Hartwall Capital has made an investment in Vastuu Group on 31 January 2023. Vastuu Group and its subsidiaries are strongly focused on increasing customer value and growth. The company's goal for the near future is to increase its service offering in the domestic market and at the same time prepare for gradual internationalisation. The financing now received will enable the necessary investments to be made to achieve these objectives.

Grannenfelt Finance acted as the financial advisor to the company during the capital round.
