Timo Rantala will focus mainly on funding projects in the real estate and construction industry. These projects will vary from equity & debt financing to various holding arrangements for companies as well as real estate portfolios.
Timo has over 30 years of experience in various leadership positions in the real estate and construction industry working for large real estate investors and developers. During his career he has grown an extensive knowledge base of the different business areas of the industry, founded companies and been a part of numerous funding projects and transactions.
