Looking for a new team member

We are looking for an analyst to join our team of corporate finance advisors on a permanent contract. The candidate preferably has 1-2 years of relevant experience (incl. internships, project work).

Grannenfelt Finance is a growing financial advisory company established in 2015. We provide comprehensive financing solutions to growth companies and SMEs and consult financial institutions in various financial instruments. We are the leading financial advisor focused on this segment in Finland and are currently expanding in Sweden. The wide scope of our services will be visible in the variety of your role.

Our client projects typically include working closely with SMEs (management, owners) to identify viable funding solutions, develop a funding plan and lead the negotiations with prospective financiers (debt, equity, working capital finance etc.). We consult companies on a large array of innovation funding and EU grants. In addition, we consult the institutional and public sector on SME-related financing instruments.

We are looking for a young professional with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop new professional capabilities. Your tasks will include e.g.:

• Support on new lead origination

• Support the team in company analysis and project specific tasks

• Provide analysis and ideas to support decision making (e.g. financial statement analysis, financial forecast modelling)

• Prepare presentations, argumentations, visualisation and documentation

• Support the team in the planning and execution of optimal funding structures
  

Capabilities:

• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree preferably in economics, finance or a technical field. Ongoing or completed Master’s degree is an advantage. Accounting and company law studies are an advantage in the role.

• Background and interest in financial analysis & funding instruments

• Business development mindset with relevant experience (e.g. internships, project work) is preferable

• Fluency in English and Finnish is required (professional proficiency) and fluency in Swedish is an advantage

• Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools (especially Excel, PowerPoint)

• Experience in client relationship management is an advantage
