The Swedish tech company, Sensative AB, has received loan financing from the Nordic Green Bank, Nefco, to expand its IoT solutions business and help improve energy and resource efficiency worldwide. Sensative's IoT solutions are used to monitor and control energy, ventilation, and water systems in properties to reduce their environmental impact.

Grannenfelt Finance was proud to have acted as the financial advisor in the deal.

The loan financing from Nefco will help Sensative to continue the scale-up of its operations in Asia, Europe, and North America. Sensative's platform, Yggio, has over 50 municipal customers using it as a network platform for smart cities, smart buildings, smart apartments, smart energy, and smart water applications. The company also provides IoT sensors for smart homes and buildings, with more than 200,000 units of its patented ultra-thin design having been sold and delivered. The loan from Nefco will enable Sensative to expand in the North American market, where it already has some high-profile customers, especially in Canada.
