# Bionto raises €4 million through Grannenfelt’s Nordic investor network
Grannenfelt Finance acted as the financial advisor to Bionto Oy in their 4M€ capital raising process.
Grannenfelt Finance acted as the financial advisor to Bionto Oy in their 4M€ capital raising process. The solo investor in the round was Finnish Family Office Korpi Capital.
BIONTO provides its clients with an industrial production platform covering the entire biosolution development process from concept to industrial production.
Throughout the process, Grannenfelt Finance held investor discussions with all the relevant biotech VC and corporate investors providing the Client a very holistic view of the capital market opportunities.
## The Role of Grannenfelt Finance in the process
- Funding Strategy: Developed a comprehensive financing strategy that considers various sources of funding.
- Material Preparation: Designed and prepared marketing materials and strategies for investors.
- Investor Contact: Identified, evaluated, and engaged with potential investors.
- Due Diligence and Negotiations: Assisted Bionto throughout the due diligence process, negotiations, and the successful closing of the financing round.
