Netradar - Combination of equity and debt

Celltrum Oy’s Netradar solution offers mobile operators very extensive, real-time information about the performance of their telecommunication network as experienced by consumers and business customers on their phones. With the Netradar solution an operator can monitor the network status and perfomance, and based on this information make corrections, and when needed, invest in additional capacity right where it is needed the most. As the Netradar system continuously carries out measurements among the mobiles in the network, the information gathered is significantly more trustworthy and extensive than what competing methods can produce.

The Netradar solution is widely used by international operators, and the company is growing quickly.

In spring 2021, Grannenfelt Finance Oy carried out a funding project for Celltrum Oy to support the company’s international expansion. In the project, a funding solution consisting of equity investments by private investors and venture capital funds, as well as debt financing, was arranged for the company.
